ADR: E balor averahe di cada camber bendi den September a subi cu 8% pa yega un averahe di $231.46.
RevPAR: E entrada averahe pa tur camber disponibel tabata solamente $31.65, representando un reduccion di 81% compara cu un aña pasa.

Ocupacion: E ocupacion averahe pa prome 9 luna di 2020 ta 27.5%; un reduccion di 68% compara cu e mesun 3 kwartaal.
RevPAR: E medida principal pa industria di turismo, esta e entrada averahe pa tur camber disponibel ta $93.53 pa e prome 9 luna di 2020. Un reduccion di 61% compara cu aña pasa.
PROYECCION
Proyeccion actual pa ocupacion di hotel ta: 18% pa Oktober, 25% pa November y 35% pa December.
Expectativa pa 2021 ta un ocupacion averahe di 45%.

AHATA: 2021 Occupancy Forecast is 45%
Oranjestad, Aruba – October 9th, 2020: The Aruba Hotel & Tourism Association has published the latest hotel performance data showing that in September the occupancy dropped by 83%.
SEPTEMBER 2020
Occupancy: The occupancy rate is 13.7% compared to 79.5% a year ago. Hotel occupancy recovered by 17%.
ADR: The average daily rate (for occupied rooms) increased by 8% compared to last year, to $231.46.
RevPAR: The revenue per available room dropped by 81% to $31.65.
2020 FIRST 3 QUARTERS
Occupancy: The year-to-date average occupancy is 68% lower than last year, at 29.1% rate.
RevPAR: The year-to-date revenue per available room, tourism’s primary indicator, dropped by 61% to $93.53

AHATA’s Timeshare properties are experiencing a higher occupancy than the hotels during the recovery of tourism. In September the average occupancy was 26%, and the forecast for October is 38%.
