Elliott Loonstra PLY para taekwondo atleta viajo rumbo a Rio de Janeiro, Brasil para su primer competencia del año el Pan American Para Taekwondo Open Championships, competencia con el mas alto nivel de la región, el mayor objetivo es nuevamente hacer pódium, recordando que en el 2019 Elliott fue bronce. El equipo de Brasil esta presentando nuevos atletas en total 26 competidores de los cuales 7 estan en la categoría y peso de Elliott, en la competencia están registrados 62 atletas, le deseamos el mejor de los éxitos a Elliott y su coach Luciano Mazzeo que competirán el viernes 15 de abril 2022, especial agradecimiento al los fans número 1 de Lefty, mamá Jean, Papá Andre, toda la familia Loonstra y el pueblo de Aruba por el apoyo a su Atleta Paralímpico.

De Para Taekwondo atleet van Aruba, Elliott Loonstra PLY is afgereisd naar Rio de Janeiro, Brazilië voor zijn eerste wedstrijd van het jaar. Dit zijn de 2022 Pan-Amerikaanse Para Taekwondo Open Championship. Dit is een wedstrijd van het hoogste niveau in de regio en het belangrijkste doel is om opnieuw het podium te halen, niet vergetend dat Elliott in 2019 de bronzen medaille mee naar huis nam. Het Braziliaanse team introduceert hier nieuwe atleten, in totaal 26 deelnemers, waarvan 7 in de categorie en het gewicht van Elliott. Er zijn 62 atleten ingeschreven voor deze competitie. Wij wensen zowel Elliott Loonstra PLY als zijn coach Luciano Mazzeo het allerbest een veel succes toe. De wedstrijd wordt gehouden op 15 april 2022. Een heel speciale dank aan ‘Lefty’s’ #1 fans: zijn moeder Jean, vader Andre, de hele familie Loonstra en ook een grote dank aan het volk van Aruba voor hun constante steun aan hun Paralympische atleet.

Aruba’s Para Taekwondo athlete, Elliott Loonstra PLY has traveled to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for his first competition of the year. This being the 2022 Pan American Para Taekwondo Open Championships. This is a competition of the highest level in the region and the main objective is once again to make the podium, remembering that in 2019 Elliott took home the bronze medal. The Brazilian team is introducing new athletes, in total 26 competitors of which 7 will be in Elliott’s category and weight. There are 62 athletes registered for this competition. We wish both Elliott Loonstra PLY and his coach Luciano Mazzeo all the best and much success. The competition will be held on April 15th 2022.
