Pa 2021 OCTA lo presenta un estudio titula; “Realizing the potential of the Overseas countries and territories for sustainable Blue Growth (blue economy)”. E estudio aki lo wordo conduci pa expertonan (Ph.D) di e consulting agency Euopeo renombra – COWI.
