Charlene is a Certified Civil Non-Family Matters Mediator (2014). Charlene obtained her B.Sc. in Psychology (2009) and M.Sc. in Mediation Studies (2016) at The University of The West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
While pursuing a Post-Graduate Diploma in Mediation Studies (2013) at The University of The West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, Charlene founded the ADR Association, which was the first of its kind at tertiary level in the Caribbean as well as in Trinidad and Tobago.
Charlene currently holds the post of a Rostered Mediator with the International Centre for Mediation and Mediation Studies.
