AAA finalizes agreement with new FBO/General Aviation Terminal operator:
ORANJESTAD – Recently Aruba Airport Authority N.V. (AAA) announced to one of the companies that had participated in the public tender process for the operation of the FBO/General Aviation (GA) terminal at Aeropuetro Internacional Reina Beatrix that it had been selected as the preferred proponent based on the requirements of the RFP (Request For Proposal) process that was emitted. The process to formalize an agreement was initiated with the selected proponent and on December 31, 2017, AAA finalized a lease and concession agreement with W Aviation FBO Aruba N.V. (i.o) (W Aviation Auba). The new operator will start managing and operating the FBO/GA terminal at Aeropuerto Internactional Reina Beatrix as of January 1, 2018. W Aviation Aruba will operate as a full-service FBO offering into-plane fueling, handling, ancillary services, customer service, concierge, aircraft parking, customs support and ground handling.
